The Crush

Burlifornia Bottling Co. will hold its second annual crush and press in the coming week. If you are interested in watching or helping with the process; unloading the grapes, cleaning the grapes, stomping the grapes, putting them in containers with yeast (yes it is lots of work!), pressing the wine and putting it in oxegen free conatiners stop by 1123 E Burleigh on Saturday or Sunday either this weekend or next.
